lived here for 1 year several years ago. very good location, got its own pool and everything. living room is hardwood floor not carpet so easy to clean. some other aspects are bad: the electronic gate to underground parking is very hard to use. Leasing office not helpful. maintainence person show up in your apartment at random time even though you pick time in tickets already. LOUD noise from trash truck every Thursday or Friday morning. and as mentioned in many other posts, they charge a lot upon move out. Not sure if manag... read more
