Still have boxes packed up since moving in, looking to move out asap. Awful experience living here. Decrepit building. Completely falling apart and out dated. "Repairs/maintenance" is just poor patch jobs or an "it's fine like that" solution. They have walked into my unit without notice/warning/knocking/ringing the doorbell *many* times, even while I'm in the shower nearly giving me a heart attack & permanently feeling unsafe in my own apartment. (Edit: still the case months later) Bad business practices: they absolutely spam craigslist with dozens of the same posting, with the wrong pin, making it near impossible to use craigslist for MTV downtown. I'll take down this review if they stop the practice.
Same complaint about the Craiglist posting making it extremely difficult to browse results for housing near MTV. Spamming the page does not make me want to live in this place. It makes me want to puke when I see yet another posting that's the same apartment again + think this apartment must have some severe issues so that they have to aggressively advertise to find tenants in a housing market where there's more demand than supply.
I just moved out after living 3 yrs here. It is always nice and quite. Dan and Betina are really nice. Maintanance is always very helpful. Would recomend living here.
I am really happy with my experience in this apartment. The location is unbeatable, close to everything I need: shops, transportation and recreation areas.
