This place is actually one of the worst places to live in, when you’re applying and getting a tour they are gonna sell you saying they’re “high maintenance” and being very attentive whatever, don’t fell for it. when we were getting a tour there was still food in the fridge from the last person that lived in the trailer, they said they were gonna take care of it, move in date came, food was still there, my trash can is full of trash that is not ours, they said they were gonna take care of it guess what?! is still there, I bee... read more

My spouse and I came out. Ryan and Duval were very nice and accommodating. Duval is a fellow Vet. As we were completing the applications, Ryan introduced himself. He stated that this is his family business. We spent 10-years in Japan working with Marines and Sailors. Ryan shared how he wants to go to Japan to help spread the Gospel. We read that the weight limit for dogs was 20 pounds. We asked Ryan. We showed him a photo of our dog. We told Ryan that he weighs 55 pounds. I lived there for about five months my first experience in a mobile home, and it was actually quite modern. Communication with the staff was always pleasant; Katie was consistently prompt and helpful. My only initial concern was the pet odor left behind by the previous tenant. Later, the high electricity costs during the winter became an issue, especially since the home isn’t well insulated, so be prepared for higher bills.
