If you're military just stay on base you'll save money in the long run as the place is subtlety ran like a giant slumlord (look how they charge rent onto separate items meaning house and the "plot" to avoid and rent control) , then will charge you for any damages sustain after living in these cardboard boxes of a mobile home, no insulation and gaps that would make a welder jealous to fill between rooms.
