I lived there for about five months my first experience in a mobile home, and it was actually quite modern. Communication with the staff was always pleasant; Katie was consistently prompt and helpful. My only initial concern was the pet odor left behind by the previous tenant. Later, the high electricity costs during the winter became an issue, especially since the home isn’t well insulated, so be prepared for higher bills. I came to visit a friend and I didn’t see any no parking signs so I parked on the gravel next to a house. And instead of being an adult, the owner wrote a sticker warning, put it on my car instead of coming up and knocking on the door and asking me to move. The immaturity and unprofessionalism is unreal. Now I have this sticker that won’t come off my car because of something I didn’t know. If you don’t want people parking on the grassy gravel, maybe you should put a sign in the yards.

While it was a decent place to live for 2 years, I feel as though we were screwed over when it comes to our deposit. We had cleaners come through and clean the house and we were still charged a $250 clean home fee for the bare minimum stuff that was missed, as well as holes in the wall that were there when we moved in. There was also a water stain on the kitchen ceiling that was painted over when we moved in but the stain came through the paint at time of move out and were charged a paint fee for that.
