New owner has motivation! Friendly... Understanding. Will not tolerate trouble coming into or trying to move into park. Likes it calm and clean. Fixes things when he gives his word. New owner and management since last year. Much needed Wonderful overdue work/care. Bringing in lots of trailers and tennents to replace all of those who sadly left in dismay of how things were before. HUGE improvement.....
