Had a great experience a couple of years ago with this medical facility. Unfortunately we needed to bring our cat in for an urgent matter today, and were advised they had no appointments for TWO OR THREE WEEKS! When asked if they could recommend someone else, I was told to "Just call around to all the different clinics, but they are all pretty much booked up for a few weeks ". Unbelievable. I definitely will be looking for a new vet.
Very nice and they sit with you and talk about your pet.
So glad a friend suggested them to us. It's a 25 minute drive but we won't go anywhere else again
We brought our cat in to get spayed. She healed very nicely and the cost was affordable.
These folks helped me in an emergency...after Lorain Emergency Pet Clinic assured me without a $6000 surgery (secured upfront) my precious pet would have died. The Lorain co. Place said I couId sign my dog over to the vet if I couldn't afford that. I almost got arrested that night but I took my dog out of there and my sister said " let me call the vet I always use". (Which is Mapleton). They said my dog needed treatment but certainly not a major surgery. My total bill ended up $289. And they babied my pet for 3 days after ❤️... read more
