After nearly six months of ownership, I feel compelled to share our experience with Richcraft and the Mapleton community. The biggest issue is the complete lack of accountability after closing. Nearly six months later, our property still has not been graded. Weeds approaching three feet tall are growing through uneven ground filled with rocks and mud.
