GPs and NPs here are fantastic. Reception staff could use a crash course in compassion and kindness. I always have weird interactions with them that leave me feeling poorly and uncared for, like they can’t be bothered to give me the time of day.

I want to thank and acknowledge Dr. Deacon and the nursing staff at this clinic for the kindness and urgent care we received when I brought my little 4 year old grandson in. He was sick with a high fever for several days. I was able to get an appointment that afternoon. The team and Dr Deacon quickly worked together to help my grandson. They performed a Strep Throat test right away and provided information to help my grandson begin feel better… Dr Deacon advised me that he was on call at the Palmerston Hospital the next day ... read more
