Terrible! Wait hours past appointment time. Every time.
I am so grateful for Dr. Enright and all her staff. She not only makes sure she’s available, but has Nurse Practitioners available when she is not in office. Her Admin staff does answer the phone during phone hours and I can sometimes get same day or following day appointments. She truly cares about her patients and I’m very lucky to have her!
Dr Enright is great but telephone hours are horrendous. 9-11 and 1:30-3 is so inconvenient, I understand staff needs a break too but it would be really nice to have someone cover that 2 1/2 hour period so that most working people/students are able to call on their break. When I do get to see my doctor I have no issues there it’s just impossible to get an appointment because the hours to make one just don’t work for me :(
