I had to attend The Maples Surgery today and met a wonderful caring Dr Kendall. What a ray of sunshine to the surgery.
I joined this surgery when Dr Kathari transferred from Jersey way practice in the 80's, thing were excellent at the start but the last 4/5 years have things have got worse, far worse, especially after Dr kathari retired they used to have a good set of receptionist, but now, are totally obstructive, and not helpful My Insulin pens are playing up, so i ordered new ones on the medication form After 2 weeks i contacted the surgery to see what has happened, was told as id had the pens for more than 5/6 years they couldn't recogni... read more
Dr Khotari was an amazing doctor but now he is no longer there the practice has gone down hill. The receptionists are rude and the Dr's do not listen to you! So bad I have now left this practice!
We as a family have used Maples for many years now. We always find the reception staff very helpful and always try to fit you in when possible which is a task in itself these days. On a couple of occasions where we have had an issue that has needed further investigation the medical professionals we have seen have referred us to the relevant specialists.
I’m with Maple more than a year now and still impressed. Dr Hassani - I couldn’t wish a better doctor!
