They have always been great!
Contacted them for a bid - Guy came out, and never heard from him again.
Electricity went out at house. Austin came out and we were fixed up in no time. Will use their services again in the future
I called another company everyone sees on TV with the fancy jingle and they wanted $299 (before coming out) and that was not going to be applied to the overall bill. I was told about Austin at Maples so I called him and he responded right away. He had a charge (as expected) that was a fraction of the competitors (less than $100). He showed up in no time at all, diagnosed the problem. He is professional, polite, very responsive and much more affordable. Next time I have and issue I’ll call Austin, and so should you.
Austin and his guys are great. Good customer service and reliable.
