Went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready for the road. They did a complete alignment and checked everything out.
The Maples crew did great work once again. We were needing some quick but critical service before a cross country road trip and they got everything ordered, installed and done with time to spare. The after hours drop off and pick up is really convenient too.
Maples just gained a new customer! After Crown Subaru moved across town, I'd tried a few various mechanics and was not very impressed. I stumbled upon Maples after researching shops close to me and I now fully understand why they are so highly rated! Not only did they beat the socks off the dealer's quotes for shocks/struts, they were able to get a different brand per my request for the same cost of the OEM replacement. Great shop overall. Quickly identified the issues with my vehicle and gave a full bumper to bumper inspection. They sent me a detailed list with full transparency of cost and time needed for repairs. Everything was done quickly and they even followed up after a few days to make sure I was happy with their work. Maples is my new shop!
