Well its sapose to be no convicted felons but there is one that i know of in trailer 71 and msnagement was notified about and refuses to do a nything about it she is a covicted felon and there us not sapose to be any one there with that kind if record
I Love The Maples Mobil Home Park... We moved into our trailer a month ago and it's very peaceful and quiet. Theresa has been working with us for a few years.. She was very prompt getting us info on available homes...till she finally found the right one for us. A few days ago I came home from work and there was a gift bag at my door. Lived in this park for several years now and have seen steady improvement. Park manager Theresa has always been great and worked with us in different situations. Park management were very tolerant of mess and noise as I fully refurbished an older home over a year or two. Park has gotten new asphalt on large parts, sewer and plumbing repairs and upgrades, NICE new homes coming in that attract families. Non-stop slow but steady improvement.
