This 35 yr acute care (ICU/ER) RN is completely mind boggled that one of the Pharmacist here would not only fill out the Rx, but also not question the GP who wrote it due to it being very unsafe and contraindicated to be used with one of the clients other medications, which is 100% part of their job. When the Pharmacist explained to the patient/client a senior, senior that the Rx filled was the same as Voltaren cream, but instead of the normal OTC 1% diclofenac it was 15% diclofenac (NSAID) cream, my 87 yr old Father questio... read more
