They are a newer bank (less than 10 years), and developing some systems. But where they lack in the systems side they make up in knowledge and customer service. I am all open for giving a new business a shot especially when I get to work with professionals that are open, honest, and willing to work with you.
Just like other banks. With a very high security system. I have 1 - or 2 years experience with them. I just growing money.
Bizarre, unusual online registration and one that generally is hard to work with. They ask for account number but it's not shown on any paperwork. They suggest texting verification code to a phone number, but none of the phone numbers is right. Appearance of online ineptitude...
This bank has one of the worst online logging system. And on top of it, the phone system is the worst. No one comes on the phone, put on hold for more than 40 minutes. Just wonder is this a real bank?!
