Dr. Bassam is such a thorough, kind, and caring doctor. He is knowledgeable in everything he does. He has always been there for my family and I. The office has convenient hours and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this office for those of you who are look for urgent care or regular medical care. Dr. Bassam and most of his staff members also speak Arabic and Chaldean.

This hands down one of the best Urgent Care I have ever been to staff is extremely helpful they all go out of there way to help I drive past a handful and I go out of my way to come here and be seen by DR.kinaya the main secretary Hiyam is beyond fantastic I have been coming here since 2010

All 3 Dr’s are always on board and are always welling to treat you even if your not the patient I love this place

First thing I was asked is, "why did you pick this urgent care? There are other ones down road." Obviously it was close and took my insurance. I was told they would treat me that time, but not to come back. Wait time was super long on top of it, even though there were only 3 people in front of me. They would be called back, go in with other family members, and after over an hour still not come back out. The whole place seemed odd to me.
