Im writing this review for the dealership and the service center so everyone knows to stay FAR AWAY from this place. Every piece of work they’ve done for me needed a comeback visit. Not exaggerating. The icing on the cake was a bad brake job that ended up with my car having total brake failure on the highway not long after. It was like pulling teeth getting them to honor the warranty and there was no attempt to make it right. I still get spooked whenever I hear a noise when I’m driving. This place sucks.
I did not like the service at this place. I went for a call, my car was aligned and when they delivered it to me it was totally misaligned, and they wanted to charge me $100 extra. It is a scam when they caused that failure, they delivered the steering wheel to me backwards and the recall was to fix a fault in the back of the vehicle and they delivered the vehicle to me with the steering wheel misaligned. Went into Maplecrest Ford/Lincoln on 2/6/2025 to purchase a PremiumCare extended warranty for my 2017 Lincoln MKZ 3.0 AWD. I had the pleasure to speak with and purchase my warranty with Nataya Callahan. The process couldn't have been any easier. Nataya was very knowledgeable about the warranty and answered all of my questions that I had. Walked out from the dealer as a happy customer. Thank you Nataya ! Chris
Recently brought my 2024 Lincoln Corsair in for service and the experience was amazing, as always. Nataya notified me every step of the way, from the moment they would be arriving to pick up my car, to the after the oil change was done and the car was going into the car wash, to drop off. They picked up the car at my home before 9am and I had it back before noon. Great job!
