Helped someone move here. The mobile home was clean and spacious and the park appears pretty well-kept.
Don't move in here unless you want to be screwed out of 20k and then given a threat of eviction if you don't pay late rent within 5 days after it's due date. Old management left us living in squalor with leaking roof, flooding drains, floors falling through, outlets catching fire, etc... and new management forced us to move out of the "uninhabitable" place they refused to repair issues for 2 years and now treats everyone like peons. Run down, no manager can get things done. Outdated electrical boxes/lines and water pipes they refuse to update!!! Bills are estimated not actual. Would not recommend!!!!
