Been living here 7 years. Management often quits or gets fired because the company that owns this place are slumlords. Constantly have issues with power and water. Potholes bigger than the moon are everywhere. Randomly rules will be enforced then dropped, including random "evictions." No one cares. Do not move here. Water is out again today, no answer from anyone on when it will be turned back on. I'm starting to believe they are trying to force people out by making it trash.
Helped someone move here. The mobile home was clean and spacious and the park appears pretty well-kept.
Don't move in here unless you want to be screwed out of 20k and then given a threat of eviction if you don't pay late rent within 5 days after it's due date. Old management left us living in squalor with leaking roof, flooding drains, floors falling through, outlets catching fire, etc... and new management forced us to move out of the "uninhabitable" place they refused to repair issues for 2 years and now treats everyone like peons.
