Do not be fooled by this facility. It is beautiful. Really one of the nicest we have seen. However they have some serious problems with staff, safety and quality. We moved my dad in with the highest hopes for compassionate care and socialization. However, it was a disaster. NONE of the services we contacted for were provided. Its not that they did a poor job, they were not provided. No wellness checks, no daily housekeeping, no laundry, no bed making, no mobility assistance - nothing.
