Had difficulty booking an appointment with the receptionist. Very difficult to hear/ understand what she was saying and when i tried to book with a specific girl and asked who was available at the time i wanted, she seemed to get irritated when i didnt know who i wanted to book with. Started arguing a bit and i didnt undestand barely anything she said. Shouldnt be so difficult. Not even sure if i made the appointment or not.
