Visited this dealership to look at a certain vehicle. Andre was the sales person that was helping me with the vehicle of interest. Upon the usual test drive he seems knowledgeable as he would highlight some features the vehicle has and also asking some qualifying buying questions like how does it drive what we like about it etc? How do a customer get a brand new car, get a ton of recall notices, including one recently concerning breaks. And I was told it would take several days and coverage for rental is not given? How do you sell a car, with recalls and not own up for the issues? How can one possibly tell a customer if it can take up to 4 days and you must pay for the rental? What a joke. I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from Maple VW. Overall, my experience was really good. I dealt with Wali, who was my salesman. There was no pressure, he was polite and courteous. I also dealt with Ellie and Iggy. I had a minor issue with the vehicle that was rectified as soon as I brought it to their attention. I would buy from here again.
