My family and I have lived here for 3 years and have had the best experience with the property, neighbors, and landlords! The owners have done a great job cleaning up the park and creating a safe environment for their tenants. Any time I had an issue they were here within 24 hours. All in all, I highly recommend maple view estates and the owners.

The owners were very hard to communicate with, but semi friendly...maybe It was VERY obvious that they disliked animals very very verrrrry much. Whatever you do, don't get on the bad side of these guys!! (Reference dates 2018/19) Doesn't sound like much has changed. The first rule posted when RAM took over, "Your dog has one minute per day to bark."....... Real wicked witch status. "Run To Run!" This place is awful. No one cares about you, they care about how the park looks. Cut down trees to apparently make the park look better? But now people have no shade and can’t even feed birds. Wow so wonderful. Or how about the fact that I break a strut every time I pull in.

You guys take animals and then don’t tell people where they went. Seems very very odd. Did you guys do something bad to them? I’ve known atleast 3 tenants that have had their animals taken and have been refused to be told where. Absolutely absurd.
