It is very clean NO hydraulic oil or resin pellets on the floor. NO ONE IS RUSHED, Work load is enough to stay busy yet I have time to stop and think when i need to. It's Very Safe place to work. It's a very conducive learning environment. I made a few mistakes when I started and never was treated badly or ridiculed.... Lots of Positive reinforcement and teamwork. Great place to work for upper management treat employee with respect they give a good about of bonuses out at least twice a year and they do things to show you how much you how valuable you are too them and very friendly staff they're almost 4 years now and the company keeps growing and growing every year
