Beware if hiring this contractor to touch your bathroom! We had this company come to refinish our tub after another contractor scratched it. In doing the resurfacing, the woman who was here had to detach the drain and overflow in order to fully resurface the tub. Upon reattaching, she did both incorrectly. Andy does not value a customer's time when making and keeping an appointment for an estimate. I was rescheduled after he called 18min after my appointment time was supposed to be. Sani does not either. My second appointment was confirmed the night before by him and he called 3 min after the scheduled appointment saying he would be there shortly. I called 25 min later and got no answer!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL and INCONSIDERATE, at best!!

I am very grateful to Andy and his team who came out on short notice to repair a leak in my bathroom. Not only did they repair the leaks, they also cleaned up after themselves, which is an art in itself these days. Andy is honest, diligent, thorough, professional and an excellent communicator. He is also reliable and forthcoming. I look forward to working with them again! 😁
