not a good community park to live in rent space has no cap not enough parking spaces vehicles are always tow without notice or warning not the cleanest pool is very dirty office staff are never available do not move in. the residents are not treated fairly here

BUT WHEN THE NEW PPL TOOK OVER IT WENT TO CRAP WITHIN MONTHS.. BECAUSE I SPOKE UP FOR MYSELF AND LET IT BE KNOWN I WASNT GOING TO JUST LET THEM TAKE MY MONEY AND LIE SAYING THEY DIDNT AND CHARGE OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNTS EXTRA.. No cap on rent, no parking, lots of crime, personnel pleasant but rarely there, shut off with no notification. So happy I no longer live there.
What a wonderful place to live. Awesome neighbors, well maintained, peace and quiet. The office staff and maintenence crew are the BEST. Thanks Sharon, Nancy, Jim and Leonard. If you move here you will not be sorry.
Homes are old, land lease extremely high.
Sea Pines Mobile Home Park used to be a nice place but that was before they allowed Gail Cox to return after she had been kicked out. Gail Cox is a thief and a backstabber who so hated my friend that she set out (and did) destroy my friend with the help of her then boyfriend Mike Knowles and at least two others who framed my good friend. Gail Cox is also a racist who hate Blacks so when around her you need to watch your back. Great place to live. Quiet respectful neighbors who maintain their homes and yard wonderfully. This is NOT a trailor park!!! Homes are large and neighbors are great!! The town of Manteno has a nice small town feel but is close to everything including access to 57 if you need to go to Chicago - but still quiet and SAFE!!
