I liked Dr. Garbens. But her secretary was very rude to me on the phone. They also sent a prescription to the wrong pharmacy and didn't correct it when I phoned.
Dr. Garbens is an outstanding urologist. I was extremely sick with UTIs that were causing me severe fevers and i ended up hospitalized 3 times with sepsis over the period of a year. A previous urologist (assigned to me from the hospital where I was admitted) had dismissed my issues saying that women just have these problems and all I could do is take cranberry tabs and vitamin C. Had a consultation with Dr. Garbens about my BPH which I have had for about 2 yrs and have seen multiple doctors about. She is very kind and knowlegable in her field and after the consult and getting all the information and my questions about my options with her I have decided to have a Green Light TURP procedure done by her to addess my BPH symptoms since meds have not worked well for me and have had some unwanted side effects.
