Receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. She has zero manners how to talk with the clients she should be fired immediately and should hire some professional people who can handle clients well she’s disgusting and disgrace for this clinic.
The worst experience I’ve ever had. Impossible to connect via phone even during the working hours. Calls accepting hours are weird (a few hours in the morning with no answers). They aren’t client friendly comparing to the other clinics. They don’t care about the patients and don’t try to do all their best. The information on the website is outdated. No answers on emails and forms from the website.
Wonderful caring and professional staff. Patients come first with the staff.
I wish all medical secretaries were as friendly and efficient at Samantha. Dr. Gardens made me feel very welcome and clearly explained possible alternative procedures going forward.
