Maple Tree did such a beautiful job with our countertops. We purchased the quartz countertops and their team did such a professional job cutting the countertop to size and installing it. My kitchen turned out great and looks so amazing. Thank you for such an amazing job!!
TL;DR - Work with someone else if you want real customer service and someone who actually stands by their products. We purchased kitchen countertops for our kitchen reno back in July 2024 through Maple Tree. We spent over $12K on countertops and backsplash material, and was sorely disappointed that within 2 weeks of install, we already had a chip/scratch in our countertop. After a miscommunication during my installation, I was able to connect with the team at MTK, and they expeditiously resolved my issue. The work was done with great attention to detail, and their customer service is top-notch. They were professional, understanding, and made sure that my expectations were met. When I get my next countertops, I won’t need to look any further—MTK will be my go-to. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer care.
