Frank and Junior did a great job. Very professional and very caring about the project. Give these guys a raise. They deserve it. Blew it out of the park with their kind hospitality
After sending a man with a laser to insure proper measurements the goofball manager called and wanted me to use a tape measure and tell him the correct measurements. I said no. That’s not how this works.
I purchased a countertop from Lowe's and they used Maple Tree as their installer. I have never been more pleased with a company. The communication was top notch. They would call me each time they sent an email to be sure I saw it. They managed to get the counter installed before I headed out of town which was unexpected and much appreciated. From the office, to the gentleman that measured, to the installer, everyone was great. I highly recommend!
Maple Tree Kitchens sent a person to my house to size my kitchen counter space and then called to say they would follow up with us by a specific date. Not only did they not call by the agreed date about next steps, but now they are not even returning our phone calls. I guess my home is not fancy enough? Must be nice to be able to just pick and choose what customers meets your level of sophistication.
