After sending a man with a laser to insure proper measurements the goofball manager called and wanted me to use a tape measure and tell him the correct measurements. I said no. That’s not how this works.
I purchased a countertop from Lowe's and they used Maple Tree as their installer. I have never been more pleased with a company. The communication was top notch. They would call me each time they sent an email to be sure I saw it. They managed to get the counter installed before I headed out of town which was unexpected and much appreciated. From the office, to the gentleman that measured, to the installer, everyone was great. I highly recommend!
Maple Tree Kitchens sent a person to my house to size my kitchen counter space and then called to say they would follow up with us by a specific date. Not only did they not call by the agreed date about next steps, but now they are not even returning our phone calls. I guess my home is not fancy enough? Must be nice to be able to just pick and choose what customers meets your level of sophistication. The Latin term, Caveat Emptor, certainly applies when buying granite from MTK. I write this review to help others avoid the mistakes I made in buying granite from MTK. Here are my lessons learned: 1. When you pay the initial deposit, this has nothing to do with buying the stone, it is only earnest money to lock in a price. 2. What you see in their yard and what you see online from their supplier may not have any relationship to the stone you have delivered. 3.
