I absolutely regret purchasing from this place as well as dealing with these people. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The cabinets arrived late, and when they finally came, they were cheaply made, discolored, and looked nothing like the sample I was shown. I spent over $10,000, and it feels like money down the drain. The custom panels for my fridge and dishwasher didn’t fit at all. Excellent customer service from start to finish..Customer representative Jill spent alot of time with patience and gave personal advice without us feeling pressured..To alleviate some concerns on the installation process Jill had us sit down directly with the office manager Sam where a plan was derived for complete satisfaction..Our counters look great...Highly recommended..very accommodating to our schedule.
MTK countertops, specifically Joe and Tim, really took care of us in a time crunch situation regarding new countertops for our kitchen. They’re our go to for countertops from this point forward. Many thanks to everyone involved and I would recommend them to anyone!
