Body shop here is terrible, my fender looks nothing like the rest of the vehicle. Both in colour and gloss. Asked if they could improve it and they said no.
I stopped by the dealership to retorque my tires (100km) since I switched to my winters. The guys in the garage had no idea what I was talking about. I went inside to the service desk and the woman advisor told me they don’t do that there! I said how do you know if they’re loose? She says “if they need to be retorqued then they’re not installed right” I said that’s not right, everyone recommends to retorque at 100 kms. She insisted that’s incorrect.
