Couldn’t access healthcare here. Admin staff awful. Said I could book an apt type that I couldn’t, even though I asked if it was okay twice. On day of - told I was now full fee, okay I guess. Then, 45 min past the apt time I was told the doctor won’t do it at all. I hadn’t been coming in enough (although healthy) for referral, plus they had booked the wrong apt type. They decided it wasn’t urgent enough to honour the appointment and I should come back - even though booked 10 days prior. Said it was urgent, can’t wait another... read more
