Will never ever shop here again. My mom went to pick up my furniture we purchased here because I was at work and they pitched a fit about helping load it. It's ridiculous! I cannot believe the way she was treated here and will make sure to let everyone know what horrible service it is here. Also one of my dressers has multiple huge scratches in it that were not there the day we purchased it. Nothing was done for that except "oops sorry"
BEST store in which to shop. Bought a mattress that turned out to be too soft for my back,neck and muscle problems.. Exchanged it for a firm. This was too firm. Just talked to them and they were most kind and gracious.. They are taking care of me once again. Thanks Lance and to all who work there, to the management,salespeople,and delivery men. What a great way to run a business.. We need more places like this.. They DO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND.. Thank You Maple Street
