We stopped here on a Sunday morning soon after they opened. Easy to find with ample parking. Inside was clean and peaceful. I enjoyed the open kitchen concept that you can see them cooking and preparing the biscuits that are made fresh. I love the "question of the day" that switched things up when they called out your answer when your food was ready. We had a breakfast bowl and the sausage and gravy. Stopped here as we were traveling home to NJ and had some breakfast sandwiches. They were delicious! Everything tasted homemade and with care. The service was friendly and really modern/rustic atmosphere. I would recommend this for breakfast definitely! I wish we had a Maple Street Biscuit Company in NJ!
Seeing they are open to 3pm, I thought it would be jumping at lunchtime but my first clue was walking into an empty restaurant at prime lunchtime and seeing old dishes still on the table. The staff was friendly but standing around. The food was kinda stale, like it was made at 6am and then never turned over, the biscuits were a bit hard and the prices were not low.
The atmosphere was perfect the service was accurate they were busy. And the food was good 😊
