Food is always incredible here! And I always respect the fact that the owner is always onsite working hard alongside the employees. One thing I miss is the random question you were asked instead of giving your name for the order i hope it comes back! It was such a fun and unique thing about the restaurant
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Maple Street Biscuit Company, and the interaction I had with Michael Grant was a major part of it. His attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, and I felt completely disrespected as a paying customer.The way the situation was handled was unacceptable and left a really bad impression of the restaurant as a whole. Five and dime is one of my favorite meals of all times. Love this location as well, as its dog friendly and within walking distance of a dog park.

I haven't been here for a couple years and on a whim I decided to stop in this morning. It'll definitely be longer than a couple years before I come back. I didn't particularly find the gentleman at the counter very friendly and when I asked questions about the menu he was not to helpful. My main complaint though is the gravy. I got the mushroom gravy and I might as well have ordered mushroom soup. I can't figure out how to post the video on this review, but I definitely have it on my phone and trust me it's gross.
