DO NOT get the grits bowl! I got it minus the bacon and it was the worst breakfast I ever had. The grits were clumpy, the eggs were cold, there was a little bit of cheese sprinkled on top, and way too much hot sauce. I could have made a better meal myself.
When this restaurant first opened everything was 5 stars. A few visits later and I officially HATE this location! Each visit gets worth whether it’s poor customer service or food quality. This morning I visited and as soon as I walk up to the cashier she tells me to wait while she made a drink. No worries I waited and she finally came to the register to take the order but it felt as though I was bothering her. If biscuits are your thing, you've come to the right place. If you ever had a mom who made biscuits with Bisquick, the taste is reminiscent of that, however, still tasty and fresh. Bear in mind, when I got what I ordered, I realized I had ordered a carb lovers fantasy meal. Also, even though it looks as if you could pick it up and eat it, you can't. Everything was good but the chicken was a really odd consistency. I don’t think they use the best quality meat because the chicken was super weird. For that reason, I won’t visit again.
The Smashbrowns are great.
