This was my first visit to Maple Street Biscuit Co. and I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I decided on the Sticky Maple biscuit was it awesome. The fried chicken was seasoned well and the bacon was nice and crispy. The maple syrup added a nice sweetness to the savory of the chicken and bacon. And that biscuit! Totally delicious. I also had a sweet tea that was very good. I’ll definitely be back to try some of their other menu items.
We recently tried the biscuit & gravy with eggs (Eggs-treme B&G) and did not enjoy the food. We asked if the shiitake mushroom gravy was spicy as well and we're told no, it wasn't. It was so spicy that it dominated the whole dish, and not in a good way. The biscuit was so huge and thick that it was hard to eat. The place itself is clean and fresh, and the service was good but if the food isn't great, we just won't be back.
WOW! I was shocked by the calories however my bf and I both got the Hash Bowl and OMG 😳 it was the most amazing and satisfying breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Get the bowl WITH the goat cheese! I typically don’t like goat cheese but it’s very mild and so pleasantly compliments the other ingredients! We also go the biscuits with the jam. HOLY MOLY! Amazing!
