I went in for state inspection around 10:11am. Did not have to wait, they were friendly, took me in immediately and were done with my truck in 5-10mins. No hassle.
Got there at 10:45 and was waved off for inspections “we’re done” even though it says they’re open till 12 needless to say, won’t be going back there again.

I have lost about $250. Trying to get my truck reinspected getting to the shop hour before closing on Saturday and 45 on Tuesday and was told that they are closing unlike you i can't afford 250 i don't make 150,000 a year. I would have given you less than one star but there was no way to give a 100th of a star.
Horrible experience both times I’ve been here in the past three years trying to get an inspection sticker. The old man is miserable he’s disabled. He can barely move around and takes him forever to do anything. I stood there for 25 minutes at the door waiting for him to talk to me he ignored me the entire time. It’s my own fault for going there again, but I thought after three years things would’ve changed he’s miserable. I think it’s time he retires. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever
