We really love the building and the location. Andre was very nice to work with and made everything very simple and was always there to help.
Manager is great, good park for the kids to play and great apartment
This place is not a good place to live. The people here are rude and they don't fix nothing here . People get there cars broken in to and there no parking
Went through the housing Authority in 2016. Still Waiting. They sent me a paper to update my situation. Still Homeless, Still Disabled, but now I am a Senior. Next birthday is 67. California is no longer a safe place to live. Been in my car since 2017. Originally They wanted to place me in a run down area of Oakland. Maybe a crippled old white man should have taken it.
