Very comfortable nice place to recover in. Staff super nice and helpful. PT, OT, and Speech, CNA’s, RN’s all amazing. Special shout out to Alyssa (CNA). Mom missed her shower day due to a doctor’s appointment, and wasn’t scheduled for one today. She really wanted one to get ready for the day. Alyssa went above and beyond offering to help shower my mom even though it wasn’t her duty today to do so. We appreciated her kindness, and positive attitude. I can’t say enough good things about her. Thank you!
Still feeling so angry that my Dad was euthanized by the hospice at Maple Springs. First day there they took him off all his medications including his prostate medication. So of course, he became agitated & wanted to get up to the bathroom frequently so according to staff they had to "sedate" him that night to keep him in bed. The morning I went to visit & he was positioned in a chair in the large gathering room with his head rolled back, mouth hanging open drooling & I couldn't arouse him to even painful stimuli like pinchi... read more
I have worked at Maple Springs for almost 7 years. This facility is amazing. The administrative staff are cheerful and caring. Therapy does an awesome job and works well with the residents. The facility is beautiful and is a pleasure to come to work.
