DO NOT PLACE YOUR FAMILY HERE. My grandpa was placed here after being in the ICU and had the WORST experience. Staff DO NOT CARE about your family, my grandpas health was finally getting better that’s why he was discharged from the hospital. Since arriving at maple springs his health has taken a turn for the worse because the “staff” are not keeping up with feedings and seem to have no clue how to care for him. Very comfortable nice place to recover in. Staff super nice and helpful. PT, OT, and Speech, CNA’s, RN’s all amazing. Special shout out to Alyssa (CNA). Mom missed her shower day due to a doctor’s appointment, and wasn’t scheduled for one today. She really wanted one to get ready for the day. Alyssa went above and beyond offering to help shower my mom even though it wasn’t her duty today to do so. We appreciated her kindness, and positive attitude. I can’t say enough good things about her. Thank you!
Still feeling so angry that my Dad was euthanized by the hospice at Maple Springs. First day there they took him off all his medications including his prostate medication. So of course, he became agitated & wanted to get up to the bathroom frequently so according to staff they had to "sedate" him that night to keep him in bed.
