I have worked at Maple Springs for almost 7 years. This facility is amazing. The administrative staff are cheerful and caring. Therapy does an awesome job and works well with the residents. The facility is beautiful and is a pleasure to come to work.

Our father became a resident at Maple Springs, and although he was only there fora month before he passed, their amazing team worked without fail to assure dad’s needs were met, wants were provided, and comfort was assured. Providing care for our dad wasn’t easy, with quite a few barriers to overcome, but the care provided can only be described as “fantastic”. My boyfriend worked there & he was treaded terribly. they always cut his hours without any notice , the management leaves people on read every chance they get , refusing to send you things like pay stubs . They claim to offer cna courses but will refuse to give them to you. They get angry when you text them ( which is the way they prefer communicating ). the workers themselves aren’t they problem, again, it’s MANAGEMENT . save yourself the trouble & don’t work here . If they don’t like you , they treat you like a dog .
