This place is horrible from day 1 I started taking care of someone here, this lady moved in after I was caring for her at home and she was there for 2 weeks without a shower and then she called me to start showers again. Poor management, untrained staff, there is very few staff there that actually are there for the residents and not the money, I asked about one lady there because I cared for her for 4 years before her family moved her there and then off and on during her stay and the person I asked said “I wish the old hag w... read more
Maps will direct you to take the third exit of the traffic circle, which will lead to a dog park. It is technically right behind the building, but there is no road to get to it from there. You have to take the second exit from the traffic circle, which will take you to the front of the building and parking lot.
This place is horrible. First off, zero safety protocol. I don’t know how it’s supposed to be but most times when I visited my mother no one was at the front desk checking to see who was coming and going. I could have been anyone and have gone into anyone’s room without being asked. On multiple occasions we found our mother clearly neglected and terribly unhappy. She would never say it out loud but we knew in her eyes that she was being mistreated. My sister walked in on a caregiver handling our mother VERY roughly (short wo... read more
