I went there to do my hair colour and haircut.. To be short I'm very disappointed Hair colour was ok But haircut it's terrible I ask for butterfly layers and explain exactly how i want it. I told her to not cut my length just a bit on front and on the back but length of my hair to stay long. The shaping of my nails are not even straight! I’ve told her if she can redo it the next day and showed her how they look but her only response was “it is straight” First time being there, never again, one particular worker has an attitude for not knowing how to do her job in how to shape nails and how to fully cover nails.
I wish I can give a Zero star rating! Extremely disappointed and angry mum here. I took my daughter to the salon today so my little one can have a beautiful haircut before the school starts. I showed this woman the hair cut I wanted for my girl and she said she could do it. She ruined my daughter's hair completely. I have no words to describe how bad she cut my daughter's hair. Tram was great! Got my hair cut exactly how I asked, she was quick and also not expensive. I also just walked in without an appt and didn't need to wait long. Will definitely be back!
