I have been here almost a year. The only thing i do not like is that i should not have to call the office to have my trees trimmed or septic cleaned. I do not feel like they are on top of what their part should be yet they expect you to keep everything well kept. Other homes i drive by still have pile of leaves from last year and a mess on side of the house. Other than that, it is quiet here and i do like it alot.
Nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient location near lots of shopping. Neighbors are nosy and don’t follow rules. Private laundromat.
Nice park in Coventry clean friendly and quiet and nice folks in the office 😊
