My dog and myself have been attacked by 2 dogs in this neighborhood in the last 8 months while going for a walk. This neighborhood does not allow dogs. Only “approved by management” ESA and service dogs. I let the HOA know both times it happened once I was done with the police as these were not minor incidents (Dogs getting loose happens regularly here though). I have been here almost a year. The only thing i do not like is that i should not have to call the office to have my trees trimmed or septic cleaned. I do not feel like they are on top of what their part should be yet they expect you to keep everything well kept. Other homes i drive by still have pile of leaves from last year and a mess on side of the house. Other than that, it is quiet here and i do like it alot.
