They had what I needed
As a long term customer I can honestly say that MRVW never disappoints. But my last visit was better than I could have ever imagined. I had just left Save On Foods on a stinkin hot day with a shopping bag full of frozen treats when I encountered sudden trouble with my Bug late in the afternoon. No one home to rescue me and I was panicked. I limped along the few blocks to the dealership hugging the curb, hazard lights flashing and my arm out the window waving people behind to pass by. The sales person was great and helpful selling the car. But their finance department has been a disaster. Signed our approved lease over a month ago and they still haven’t submitted the paperwork to VW bank. They never answer the phone, don’t call back when I leave voicemails. And when they finally do call back after a week, they promise to email me documents but never do. What kind of car dealership does that? What’s wrong with their finance department? I don’t have time for this and will have to report this to VSABC.
Amazing facility and best service I’ve ever had from any dealership.
