I recently purchased a 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan and had an excellent experience. The staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to help me select the vehicle that best suited my daily needs. They also worked with me to secure an affordable price. The entire process was efficient, and I was able to drive off with my vehicle the next day. The service was prompt and outstanding, and I will be recommending them to family and friends for their next vehicle purchase.
Always a run around when I go to this dealership. As soon as I took my car off the lot the service standards plummeted. There’s always a misunderstanding, takes forever to get anything done. Once my prepaid maintenance is done I will be going elsewhere. Edited to add: Reached out twice by email to the manager, have heard nothing back. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Zach. He treated me as if I didn't know which way a car drives, and I'm a woman and a Fleet owner. So you obviously lost a deal.
Pretty poor sales experience.
It was such a pleasure meeting Majed. From the very beginning, he was incredibly friendly and never made us feel rushed. He took his time to make sure we truly got to know the car and felt comfortable with everything. We were running late *twice* because of highway traffic, and not once did he pressure us—he actually told us to drive safely and waited patiently, even though he was already off work.
