I had to take my SUV in to have a new part put in that was causing an oil leak. I was quoted 1000 dollars for the repair. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle Doug informed me that I had been misquoted and that it had cost quite a bit more. It was not the news I was wanting to hear. Then Doug let me know that he had advocated that it was not my fault it cost more and the original quote was honoured.
