Not impressed. In three different visits he told me the same thing there different ways, sold me some expensive supplements, and finally recommended something very similar to a "hack" you mind find on Tiktok. I think rather than his just telling me it was beyond his scope, he kept sort of taking a stab in the dark until something hopefully worked. After having done a lot of my own research, I think this is not a nutritional thing, it's a structural problem.

My experience was good. Dr Hughes will figure out what's wrong with ya immediately, without multiple trips to life labs, ultrasound, etc.

I highly recommend Dr. Hughes, years ago he helped me through food sensitivity tests and a cleanse to correct my gut health. I had arthritis starting in my hands and was worried about my Massage therapy business. I wanted to keep working without pain. Now 15 years later still working part-time without pain. Because of Dr Hughes recommendation to get a thyroid ultrasound even though all my bloodwork was normal, I found out I had 3 nodules in my thyroid. Been having extreme discomfort / hormone issues and I’m so glad I figured out why. Unfortunately can’t go back to see him cause of costs but glad I did.
