Stay clear!! Sabrina has been in the industry for a long time. Since my mom moved into the mobile home park we always saw she had the most homes for sale so of course I told my mom call her she must know what shes doing. I have no doubt that she does know what shes doing BUT she really doesn't care to sell your home once you are locked into contract.
