Very bad service by phone I’m trying to call since one hour no answer .. if you don’t want to answer just close phone service .. why letting me wait ..
The staff don’t want to help people register at the front. They keep telling me to go online and register but I can never find the login. It’s impossible to find. So I went to the front desk and they also couldn’t find it. They had to get another staff and she didn’t even know, she did figure it out eventually. But the login should be on the front page or at the very least in the menu. If the staff can’t even find the login there’s a huge problem.

Mission Leisure Centre has much better facilities, with nicer and more capable people working there. The swimming lessons are also better. They use the correct Swim for Life award modules.
