Beautiful flowers, this is my to-go location in town especially for roses — however, on more than one occasion since the new ownership, I have found the service to be unfriendly. It feels like you are annoying them by even being in the shop and it never used to feel that way. Hopefully they can work on their customer service, but otherwise, I do still love the florals.
I paid $145 for a bouquet ordered on Saturday for pickup Sunday for a bridal shower for my fiancée. At the time of ordering, I made it very clear that I have a cat and dog in my home and needed non-toxic flowers only. The staff member taking the order marked “non-toxic” twice in the system, and I emphasized how important this was due to a previous loss of a cat from suspected toxic flower exposure.
