I paid $145 for a bouquet ordered on Saturday for pickup Sunday for a bridal shower for my fiancée. At the time of ordering, I made it very clear that I have a cat and dog in my home and needed non-toxic flowers only. The staff member taking the order marked “non-toxic” twice in the system, and I emphasized how important this was due to a previous loss of a cat from suspected toxic flower exposure.
