I’ve used their flower delivery service for my business and am always impressed with their creativity and customer service.
I bought roses and some other flowers for a cake and the roses they had in the color I bought were almost wilted. I came to the car and saw a bad flower asked them to replace it with a better one. The lady was annoyed showed me some attitude and asked me what was wrong with the flower two times when I tried to explain that the rose I needed replaced is not good and that I need them for the next day and I that need flowers in good condition.
