I had a wonderful experience today at Maple Ridge dental, it had been about 8 or 9 years since I've seen a dentist. They didn't make me feel judged at all, the facility was very clean, everyone was very friendly. I didn't catch my dental hygienists name but she was AMAZING. She walked me through everything step by step, always making sure I was ok through the whole process. I will only be coming here from now on.
Very clean, professional and friendly! They understand anxiety and always make sure you are comfortable and will stop during a procedure if you need a minute to collect yourself. I travel across the City from the west end. Very happy with all services for myself, my partner and our children.
Residing in the area now decided to give this place a try as they had a new patient promotion going on - cleaning & xray & a free electric toothbrush for $200. Once I booked online they were very on top of reminders for my appt (text & email) which I appreciate as a forgetful person. My hygienist was fantastic, Dana, super professional and lovely. First let me say the appt started with the dentist insulting me by assuming I was on gov’t assistance despite wearing steel toed boots and a reflective jacket. She then went to discuss what she thought I should have done today. Any other dentist I’ve ever been to has always given you a quote before they begin the work. This was not the case so imagine my surprise when I get up to the front to pay, knowing I have benefits and the bill was $1000.
