Been going here since about 2017. Always good availability, and good service. Usually on time for their appointments and finish in a good time. I go 3-5 times a year. They cover all kinds of insurance, as well as ODSP. They also have a lot of stations so multiple clients at the same time. I’ve seen kids there too so kid friendly. They send you reminders of appointments. If you don’t cancel with 48 hours they charge you $75 so keep that in mind. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness create a welcoming atmosphere that truly sets them apart. Special thanks to Dr. Balsam, who provided exceptional care. She explained every step of the treatment clearly, paid great attention to details, and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The dentist and the dental assistant were both kind, patient, and very professional throughout my visit. The dental assistant was awesome. I didn't get her name unfortunately. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and helped me better understand what was going on. Her effort made me feel comfortable. Dr. Zaid was excellent as well. Professional, skilled, and reassuring throught the procedure.
This office has always been welcoming and great. I’ve been taking my son and now myself here for 5+ years. The staff are always understanding and so pleasant to talk with. They direct bill and will do a quote for you and ask before they do any work you may need done that’s not covered. We now live on the other side of the city but still come to the because we are familiar and they are a great staffed establishment.
