Been going here since about 2017. Always good availability, and good service. Usually on time for their appointments and finish in a good time. I go 3-5 times a year. They cover all kinds of insurance, as well as ODSP. They also have a lot of stations so multiple clients at the same time. I’ve seen kids there too so kid friendly. They send you reminders of appointments. If you don’t cancel with 48 hours they charge you $75 so keep that in mind. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The dentist and the dental assistant were both kind, patient, and very professional throughout my visit. The dentist explained every procedure clearly and thoroughly, which I really appreciated. I went there today and had a root canal done and I enjoyed myself the whole time, it took about an hour which wasn't to bad considering I had someone who appeared to be training. The best part was being sprayed in the face with water by accident. That made me smile through the whole thing although the pour girl working was probably embarrassed.
