My son was seen for an emergency appointment following an injury. Despite being incredibly busy they fit us in, and the appointment didn't feel rushed at all. The staff all worked with my son to make him feel welcome, and safe. Their approach is gentle and they're obviously very experienced with kids. After we left he was asking when we get to go back again. Thank you all again for your professionalism and kindness, you made a stressful situation much easier for us
