Brought by truck there when it was having issues, James let me know they were scheduling to tomorrow but diagnosed my truck based on the symptoms and told me a new battery would likely fix the problem. He then walked me to the parts department and got me a reasonable price on a replacement battery. Installed myself, problem solved. I’ve been to dealerships that would be happy to hose customers, but I was pleased with the help and customer service today at Maple Ridge Chrysler. Thanks James.

Service reception should better look to arriving appointments. They should know who is arriving when and look for them….. otherwise good ————————————— Dec/24 MRC has texted pdf of actions costs followed by another costing. Never did I expect at $750 / $950 notification to become $1900 at service when I picked up the vehicle. Said other costs were not included.
