Setup an appointment the week before on the website - it was quick & easy. The day of, I was helped within 2 minutes of entering the Service office. Kelsey was my advisor and she was just awesome m. I liked that she was thorough in paperwork and took the time to explain me the diagnostics and repair options. She also got me a shuttle from and to while my vehicle was being serviced. All in all, awesome experience and I definitely recommend Maple Ridge Chrysler because of their great Service Advisors.
I bought a 2022 ford from them, never ever again they won’t own up to the oil changes we agreed upon and can’t return any calls to even tell me how many I have left, If you don’t buy a brand new ram truck or dodge car from them they seem to not care at all, worst dealership I’ve dealt with and I’ve dealt with many.
Trying to talk with parts department on the phone or service is a nightmare, they just hang up the phone as soon as it rings, it's ridiculous
