I called with two straight forward questions. After about 20 minutes they couldn’t figure out their own computer system and I got no answers. Pretty useless.
Super impressed with my experience today. Took my 2025 Sierra in for some warranty work. My service advisor, Megan I believe, was awesome to deal with. Everyone else at the service desk was friendly as well. I was in and out within an hour if my appointment time.
