James was first class in terms of sales help and especially with follow-up to my questions. Two different sales managers and a finance person were also helpful. I have no hesitation giving this dealership 5 stars.
This was my first time at Maple ridge GM for service and they did not disappoint! Natasha B. was my service advisor. She was always smiling and polite and very knowledgeable. She went over the issues and explained everything in great detail. Best of all she phoned me back when she said she would. My experience here was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been to many dealerships in the past and they could take a lesson from Natasha and the service team. Thanks again and I would recommend Maple Ridge GM to anyone.
