Very disappointing experience I contacted this clinic about my sleep study and spoke with Saqib Malik. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen or provide any reasonable resolution. I was simply trying to explain the issue and find a solution, but instead I was treated with disrespect. For a healthcare clinic, basic professionalism and communication should be expected.
