I contacted Mike for a rental suite that needed a number of repairs. Since I could not be on site overseeing things, I needed a dependable, trustworthy, flexible and skilled handyman. Mike was all of that. Mike is very responsive and coordinated scheduling with the tenants. I was impressed with the same day service on Saturday - wow! I'm glad I found a reliable handyman I can trust and will call Mike for future repairs.

After seeing the great job that Mike had done for my neighbour, I asked him to give me a quote for putting up a fence in my front yard to protect one side of our concrete steps that was open and a potential fall risk. Mike came quite promptly within a day of my call and was able to schedule the work based on the weather. He arrived on time and got to work immediately digging foundations for the posts and filled them with concrete. I called Mike for a bathroom fan install with complete venting and electricals. I was very impressed with his ability to plan out how everything needs to be laid out without any issues. Since my home is older, he was even able to diagnose some major faulty electrical work that was done previously to get the system working. Mike has provided us with various handyman services over the last 2 1/2 years after we moved into our new apartment. He has proved to be punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. His pricing has been reasonable. We will use his services should we require in the future and we would not hesitate in recommending his services to others.

Mike was an absolute gem to deal with. I had a leak in my garburator that was broken. I text him a video to which he immediately responded. He is very responsive. Answered all my questions. He showed up when he said he would show up. I would def recommend maple renovation. He has your best interest and does everything he says he will do. He stuck to the quote. Didn’t try to up charge me. Very fair and very very reliable.
