I ordered 2 fragrances and only received 1. Made me take pictures of the item I did receive just to be told the other item wasn’t in stock any more. If items are not in stock update the website to reflect that.
I went to buy perfumes with my husband and the customer service was overwhelming NaNa was really wonderful and professional she was full of smiles and had alot of patience to attend to customers
I thought this was a special place for fragrances but… I caught a sale and purchased Vibrato. My order was supposed to ship the next day, a week later after I have to reach out in an email. They tell me my package is lost and I can either get something from them of equal price or a refund. They said they were out of stock of the Vibrato BUT that was not true. They have Vibrato in stock but at this time it was $50 higher than what I had paid. Why not just send me what I ordered??? That is horrible business. I am more shocked ... read more
